After a first meeting in Paris in June 2015, a second one in November 2015 in Marrakech and a third in june 2016 in Paris, the Institut Choiseul gathered the Choiseul 100 Africa laureates as well as various European leaders for the fourth time, in Cairo, on January 22 & 23 2017.
This study is the result of Institut Choiseul and Havas Worldwide’s joint work. Intitled « Financing the African growth by the year 2020: how the international investors perceive Africa », this second edition focuses primarily on energy, designated by the investors as Africa’s most promising sector.

The 26th & 27th of November, the laureates of the Choiseul 100 Africa were in Marrakech for the second Choiseul Africa Summit. This event was the perfect occasion for African leaders and econmic and political key players to meet and exchange.
